Party Description

Desi Khana-Peena, Professional dance music, Stylish Anchor, Singer, Professional DJ, Dhol, Chang, Holi Playing, Lucky draws, Gift vouchers & some naughty games

What is Included

Entry to the Party venue & Resort, Organic Colours, Snacks, Soft drinks & Vegetarian Punjabi lunch in buffet

What is NOT

Towel, Soap, Shampoo, Moisturizer or Oil will not be provided by us. Water guns, Pichkaris & Balloons will also not be provided by us. Other chargeable Activities & Rides of the resort are also not included

After-Party

Showering rooms of Swimming pool (pool will not be used for the event) may be used after playing Holi. You may continue to stay at resort beyond the Party hours till 11pm. Incase you wish to have dinner, in view of the evening rush please book your dinner in advance at the main reception

Pets

They are allowed but please keep them away from the crowded area and avoid littering in the main ground. Kid’s charges will apply, no food included

Rooms

You may check into the resort a day before in the evening or in the morning of the event @ Rs.3000+12% gst per room (only families will be given preference). Upto 4 persons can be accommodated in a room. Families will be given preference. Food will be at extra cost. Check-in after 2pm, Late Checkout next day by 4pm. Kindly bring in your towels to use after event. Please take care that you do not cause damage to the room interiors & drapery with colours, damages will be charged in such cases

Resort

Restaurant & Resort activities will remain closed till 3pm. Will fully open for others after 4pm for Dinner. Activities will be on chargeable basis

Online Purchase of Tickets

# Once you make the payment using RazorPay's payment gateway , both of us will receive a confirmation email / sms with a transaction ID

# Kid tickets will be available ONLY at the venue IN CASH 

# Extra tickets will also be available at the venue IN CASH (NO UPI-Wallet-Card)

# On arrival at the resort kindly show that original sms & an original ID of yours to collect your tickets. Printouts are not required 

Cancellation

If you do so by March 10th 2025, 80% will be refunded back to your bank account within three weeks after deducting 20% cancellation fee. No refund will be offered for cancellations made after this date. No-show will also be considered as cancellation.

Other T&C which will apply

By purchasing the ticket you have agreed to abide by all the terms & conditions related to this event & the venue

Photographs taken at the event will be used for various advertisement purposes in future

Incase of any casualties or damages, you will not hold the organizer or the resort

Due to security reasons, you will not be allowed to carry luggage into the venue. Body search will be done

Groups without lady members will not be allowed entry nor given any refunds

Intoxicated guests will not be allowed entry nor given any refunds

Use of swimming pool will strictly not be allowed

Re-entry to venue will not be allowed

Snacks & soft drinks will be served from 10am onwards in two rounds

Lunch will be served after 2pm onwards

You will not be allowed to consume your own stuff from home

Food items without onion & garlic not possible

Parking at owner's risk in areas reserved for parking

No valet parking facility will be provided by us

UPI, Wallets, Credit-Debit cards will NOT be accepted for anything at the venue

CASH will the only mode of payment at the venue
