Dhol-Baje-Re (annual family dandia event)

Kanchan Kesari Village Resort is about to host the 19th Edition of its Annual Family Dandia “Dhol-Baje-Re”. Jaipur’s third largest public dandia is usually held on the Sunday within Navratras. Pocket friendly ticketing based on company’s value for money concept & strictly family crowd makes this event an easy going Dandia where every fun loving person can fit in.

Couples & families only, 1 lady per 4 males in a group is must

Rs.200 for adults, kids up to height 3.0’ are free, tax inclusive,Payments at the venue ONLY IN CASH (NO UPI-Wallet-Card)

Pets

They are allowed but please keep them away from the crowded area and avoid littering in the main ground. Adult charges will apply.

Rooms

In case you wish to stay overnight, rooms are available (extra Rs.2500+12% gst). Upto 4 persons can be accommodated in a room. Families will be given preference. Food will be at extra cost. The event is scheduled to be held in the lawn in front of the rooms. Check-in after 2pm, Late Checkout by 4pm. Click here to see Room Pics

Resort

Will remain fully operational but normal guest will not get entry to Dandia. Dandia participants can come in early by 4pm to enjoy the resort's chargeable facilities at extra cost

Join us early as our competition rounds start by 8pm

Online Purchase of Tickets

# Once you make the payment using InstaMojo's Payment Gateway (click) , both of us will receive a confirmation sms with a transaction ID

# Extra tickets will also be available at the venue at full rate in CASH (NO UPI-Wallet-Card)

# On arrival at the resort kindly show that original sms & an original ID of yours to collect your tickets. Printouts are not required 

Cancellation

If you do so by 2 Oct 2024, 80% will be refunded back to your bank account in the third week of Oct 2024 after deducting 20% cancellation fee. No refund will be offered for cancellations made after this date. No-show will also be considered as cancellation.

Other T&C which will apply

By purchasing the ticket you have agreed to abide by all the terms & conditions related to this event & the venue

Photographs taken at the event will be used for various advertisement purposes in future

Incase of any casualties or damages, you will not hold the organizer or the resort

Due to security reasons, you will not be allowed to carry luggage into the venue. Body search will be done

No personal fireworks or firearms will be allowed

Groups without lady members will not be allowed entry nor given any refunds

Try to enter the premises as early as possible, Re-entry to venue will not be allowed

Only selected songs which enhance the Dandia playing mood will be played

Food items without onion & garlic not possible

You will not be allowed to consume food stuff brought from elsewhere

Parking at owner's risk in areas reserved for parking

No valet parking facility will be provided by us

Do not park on the highway under any circumstances as vehicles will be towed away

UPI, Wallets, Credit/Debit cards will NOT be accepted for anything at the venue

CASH will the only mode of payment at the venue
